Positive: Andy was very kind and friendly. He showed us how everything worked before leaving you to get on with are stay, if we needed anything andy was a call away. What amazing experience with everything you needed . Comfortable bed enough logs to keep the log burning going, but extra available with cheap prices. Definitely we be coming back again
